The Senior Strategic Development Specialist is acting as the key representative on improving compliance policy and cross-department project. You will be fully responsible on developing & reviewing the ever-improved customer service standard with Malaysia Customer service center, to ensure the high standard of customer experience. Plus, you shall manage various company’s project as the central liaison between internal and external. Role Description • Disseminate compliance-related information and publication to all relevant units or departments • Maintain and monitor the implementation of SOPs, guidelines and other compliance policies and procedures, identifies gaps and recommends corrective actions • Provide support to business and operations units on compliance-related matters • Improve and Review on customers’ experience • Responsible for project management and serve as key person liaison between internal and external work counterparts • Manage all aspects of the projects from development, implementation and post-implementation includes project schedule planning, resource planning, vendor management and budget management Desired Skills and Experience • Detail oriented and motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese • A bachelor’s degree in business or related areas • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions • 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service or Project Management What We Offer • Medical Scheme from Day One • Extensive Condition - A fun and energetic working environment • Being part of a young team striving for excellence • Steep learning curve in e-commerce & entrepreneurship • Opportunities to participate in fun and exciting company events year-round • Complimentary food and drinks in workplace • Birthday Leave
