我们的客戶是国内领先的区块链技术平台公司。区块链行业目前迅猛发展，在全球范围内，各大顶级银行和金融机构都在大力投资，正在革新全球金融基础设施，是未来五年最有前景的行业之一。 我们在区块链行业有着扎实的积累和顶级的团队，旗下有中国最大的数字货币交易平台、区块链超级支付网络。 我们成立于2013年，成立半年内就获得国内著名VC策源创投和硅谷顶级投资人Tim Draper的千万美金 A 轮投资，Tim Draper 先生也是Tesla、Baidu、Solarcity、Hotmail等一系列著名企业投资人。且平台在融资不久后就实现了盈利，一直盈利到今天，成为了全球最大的数字资产交易平台。 RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide HR strategies while managing the day-to-day HR operations in HK, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, policies & procedures, employee relations and staff performance management • Provide strategic advice to the Business Unit Heads for HR matters and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives • Advise business lines / managers on employee engagement as well talent development plans to assist the business growth • Be a strong contributor to people initiatives including employee retention, employee engagement, training, resources planning, company culture enhancement, successor planning, team building, employee development etc • Strengthen our employer brand proposition to sell the organization and create a consistent and engaging candidate experience • Prepare HR related reports and analysis • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS • 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources • Experiences working in a technology firm is a plus • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills and superb presentation skills in order to attract and retain talent • Interest in cryptocurrencies, digital asset exchanges and blockchain technology is a plus • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced highly collaborative environment • Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity • Fluency in English, Cantonese and MANDARIN 支持部分海外、香港和十几个国家的社群经理，共计30-40人，下属2人，一个招聘，一个薪酬，汇报集团HRD。
