Responsibilities: • To provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment targets • To boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business • To formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income • To assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base • To participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment product specialist Requirements: • University graduate, preferably with professional qualifications such as CFP or CFA • Minimum of 5 years' banking experience; prior experience as an Investment Consultant will be a definite advantage • Sound technical knowledge of asset allocation & investment products including equities, unit trust, bonds and treasury products, etc. • Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer • Strong self-motivation, able to work independently and under pressure • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Good understanding of relevant selling procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua
