Responsibilities: -Handle counter transactions and customers’ enquiries -Promote and advise banking products and services to customers -Peform ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements: -5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects -1 year or above bank or customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduate will also be considered) -Able to work under pressure -Detailed, careful mind and good communication skills -Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
