Main responsibilities: Handle the loan document checking for the mortgage application and other credit facility application Handle the issuance of legal instruction letter to solicitor and perform the mortgage document checking. Handle the enquiry from business unit, solicitor firm or other departments in relation to the mortgage application / credit facility application or other operational issues. Handle the Bank Guarantee / Bond Application. Handle the e-alert Service Order processing. Perform system update and handle relevant G/L entries for all kinds of fee collection Participate the project or system enhancement as assigned by supervisor Perform the loan file maintenance in accordance with the Department Data Retention Policy Take up any ad hoc assignments from supervisor Requirements: Matriculated or above With minimum 3 years’ experience in loans operations Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills Basic bank products knowledge and accounting principles
