Responsibilities • Assist in developing capital planning proposal including detail analysis on asset growth, profit capability forecast, stress test results, capital actions and etc, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency • Assist in daily capital related job duties, including the Group’s dividend proposal, capital allocation and profit distribution proposal of branches and subsidiaries, ICAAP, stress testing, capital management, monitoring, and reporting and etc, • Assist in developing capital related IT systems, well understand and be familiar with capital related IT systems function, and be capable of conducting daily management work through those systems • Perform other jobs assigned by team head Requirements • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Management Information System or related disciplines • Professional qualification in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS would be an advantage • 5 years of experience in above-mentioned areas • Good analytical, report writing and statistical modeling skills and able to work under pressure • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
