1. Acquire, develop and retain relationships with customers 2. Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short and long term financial goals 3. Help customers to articulate their needs, deliver services to exceed customer expectations including regular contact and portfolio review 4. Mentor and coach team members through daily activity planning, prioritization, skills transfer and motivation 10. Manage the assigned support staff and mobilize resource to provide excellent service to customers
