Business Development Manager - Hang Seng Bank

Responsibilities • Assist the Department Head in devising and driving the business development strategy to increase our market share in the HNWIs and effectively penetrate to the Hong Kong and China market • Expand Referral Partners (RP) network in Hong Kong and China and strengthen existing business relationship with external and internal parties. • Propose and review referral program with RPs to achieve effective client referrals • Plan, organize and participate marketing and socializing events and activities to reach potential clients directly and bring in new client relationships to HASE • Ensure delivery of premium services and work closely with HACN to ensure seamless customer experience • Lead junior CRMs on client onboarding process, assist in staff development, identify the training needs and conduct constant review on sales and operational procedures • Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Requirements • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline • Around 5 years of relevant experience, with China market exposure and customer facing experience an advantage • Traveling to Mainland China is required • Strong motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure • Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills • Proficiency in English and Chinese • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
