Responsibilities • Assist Relationship Managers in providing timely, professional and premium services to Mainland customers • Build good relationship with Mainland customers and understand their needs in order to refer sales opportunity to Relationship Managers • Handle customer complaints professionally and consolidate their feedback so as to assist in process enhancement for higher customer satisfaction • Participate in offsite events to support marketing initiatives • Keep abreast of the compliance requirements, control procedures and guidelines and adhere to them during service provision • Support in daily administrative and operational work • Travel occasionally subject to business needs Requirements • University degree in a related discipline • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience in the banking field • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination, and attains Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licenses an advantage • Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a definite advantage • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
