Sales Management Officer, Sales Section - Hang Seng Bank

Responsibilities • Support day-to-day Sales Management operations for customer contact centre • Develop and prepare sales management and sales performance tracking reports • Provide maintenance support on sales knowledge centre • Perform checking on telesales activities • Assist in sales administrative works, e.g. staff record maintenance, implement staff motivation initiatives etc. Requirements: • University degree or Diploma in business disciplines or related disciplines • Minimum of 1 years' banking experience with good understanding of bank products and services • Be proactive, vigilant and paying attentions to details • A team player with good communications skills • Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
