Life Product Manager, Strategy - Hang Seng Bank

Responsibilities • Drive and devise product strategies on retail banking, commercial banking, private banking, and digital platform • Partner with Pricing, Distribution, Risk, Underwriting and other cross-functional teams or external entities to identify new opportunities • Articulate the business opportunities, providing cost-benefit analyses, and marketing strategies to drive ideas through the product development process • Work on market analytics or big data to devise strategies that add value to the business Requirements • University degree holder • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in financial services, particularly life insurance or wealth management products • Support the development of data infrastructure, and leverage external data • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent stakeholder management skills • Ability to navigate complexities and co-work with different levels of stakeholders • Proficiency in both English and Chinese • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
