Business Development Executive, MPF - Hang Seng Bank

Responsibilities: • Understand and provide excellent customer service, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our MPF products at Bank branches • Build up close relationship with business partners and demonstrate strong market expertise • Explore referral opportunities for various products • Participate in business activities and any ad hoc business programs and activities • Complete business fulfillment process as appropriate • Maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfill customers’ needs • Establish good rapport and maintain relationship with customers, handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up with customers applications Requirements: • Secondary education or above with 1-3 years’ experience in banking or customer service • Passes in the Insurance and MPF Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations as well as HKSI licensing examinations is a must • Basic understanding of the MPF business and up-to-date product knowledge • Highly motivated, positive attitude and accountable • Team player with a self-motivated mindset and genuine interest in banking or pensions industry • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Effective problem solving skills • Proficiency in both English and Chinese • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Officer)
