Risk Manager - Risk Data Governance & Reporting - The Bank of East Asia

Responsibilities: • To assist in coordinating and preparing risk management reports • To understand risk data aggregation and reporting process with IT department and risk departments • To assist in developing and formulating risk reporting policies and procedures, including BCBS 239 • To perform research and keep abreast of the regulatory requirements and market practices on Basel and BCBS 239 • To participate in ad-hoc projects as needed Requirements: • University graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or related discipline • Minimum of 4 years’ experiences in risk management or internal / external audit in the banking industry • Experience in risk reporting / portfolio management / formation of policy procedures is preferred • Knowledge of IT / system is a plus • Knowledge of Basel requirements such as BCBS 239 and other regulatory requirements is an advantage • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Independent, able to work under pressure and detail-oriented
