Responsibilities: • To provide sales & service support to branch and serve consolidated banking customers • To deliver quality services to customers and to ensure that all customers requests and enquiries are timely handled • To acquire new accounts through the branch walk-in customers and make referrals to Consultants/Professionals for further business development • To promote and cross-sell General Insurance product • To complete loan application, conduct TU checking, screen income proof and supporting documents on loan application • To assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals Requirements: • University graduate with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience with retail banking • Good knowledge of banking products & services, operations & procedures and systems • Good problem solving skills • Proactive with good communications & interpersonal skills • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin • Passed HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE paper 1, 2, 3
