Manager, Insurance Channel Management - Citibank

Responsibilities:: • Work closely with business partners for sales and marketing campaign launch; with proper tracking on campaign results and effectiveness • Coordinate and support sales and customers’ events with business partners to ensure smooth implementation • Provide on-going sales support to insurance sales channels to ensure smooth implementation • Assist in the formulation of business & channel development strategy and programs with other parties to maximize business opportunities • Coordinate with other product teams and segment marketing teams on joint promotion and business initiatives Requirements: • University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration or Insurance • Minimum 5 years of experience on bancassurance and/or business development or equivalent • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; event management experience preferred • High proficiency in both English and Chinese • Dedicated and ability to work under pressure
