Relationship Manager - Branch - The Bank of East Asia

Responsibilities: • To build long-term relationships with customers • To identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services • To acquire new customers through sales and marketing activities • To coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions Requirements: • University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' banking experience providing financial services to retail customers • Experience in managing and growing assigned customer portfolio will be a definite advantage • Proven track record in selling investment products is highly preferable • Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer • Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations • Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services, and able to ensure excellent services are provided • Proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, and pleasant • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
