Accounts Servicing and Administration Officer - The Bank of East Asia

Responsibilities: . Handle customers’ enquiries via hotline, walk-in, emails and letters on securities account related matters . Handle the operations and maintenance of trading accounts . Conduct regular customer review and customer due diligence in related to regulatory requirements . Provide administration support and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements: . Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline . Minimum 2 years’ working experience in securities or banking industry . Have knowledge in securities industry with understanding of relevant practice, rules and regulations in SEHK and SFC is preferable . Have passed Paper 1, 7 & 8 of HKSI is an advantage . Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus . Good knowledge of MS Office
