Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing daily counter and quality customer services in a designated branch • Promote the banking products and services to potential customers • Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing • Manage ad-hoc tasks as required Job Requirements: • 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects • 1 year or above banking experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are also welcome) • Able to work under pressure and achieve service targets • Detailed-mind and good communication skills • Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
