Job Responsibilities: • Updating customers on their online credit card or personal loan applications on the inbound phone line. • Back-end processing of customer applications that have been made online. • Following up with customers on missing documents or information required. • Processing forms, updating customer details and general admin duties. Job Requirements: • Customer Service experience is a must • Call centre experience is highly advantageous. • Previous exposure in an administration capacity. • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer interactions. • Past experience in working as part of a team. • DSE Graduate or above. (Passes in Eng, Math, Chi) • With 1-2 years sales/service experience preferred (For U grad, no experience required)
