Job Responsibilities: • Report to Marketing Director for business performance, periodic forecast and competition analysis; • Create an environment between tenants to interact professionally on top of their own business; • Link up tenants who may benefit from each other in term of business natures; • Manage a highly-knitted team to maximise the business potentials; • Overview the Profit and Loss for the azalvo business in Hong Kong; • Plan and strategize smart marketing/ community projects (e.g. advertisements, sales plan, investing in signs, banners, community involvement); • Provide administration and office support when tenants need; • Handle tenants’ complaints when necessary; • Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards; • Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently. Requirements: • Degree holder related in BBA, Hospitality or other relevant subjects; • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese; • Mandarin speaking and Simplified Chinese writing and reading are plus; • Proven experience from office administration, marketing or business development; • Hands-on experience in customer service; • Solid understanding of hospitality working procedures and best practices; • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. PowerPoint and co-working software); • Excellent organizational and can-do attitude; • Outstanding communication skills; • Digital marketing experience; • Fast learner and adapt to new working environment. Can handle ad-hoc task independently; • Less experience will be considered as Community Officer. *Once candidate passed probation period, referrals will get HKD 5,000 extra bonus.
