Technical Support Technician - A Matter of Design

Job Responsibilities: • Deliver prompt and quality support to all onsite and remote users • Conduct daily, monthly and ad hoc system operation tasks according to predefined standards and procedures • Monitor scheduled backup and ad-hoc desktop support for IT related issue • Prepare and update IT operation procedure and systems documentation • Provide systems supporting and administration including networks, servers' hardware and software and application systems Requirements: • Degree or Higher Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines • Minimum 2 years solid experience in MS Office Applications, Active Directory and LAN/WAN and VPN • Experience in VMWare, Office 365 and Firewall • Holders of MCP, MCSE, MCITP, LPI or CCNA would be advantageous • Good understanding of the LAN/WAN and VPN • Mature and strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive and good team player with the ability to multi-task • Good spoken and written Cantonese and English. • Immediate available will in high priority
