Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager performs a high quality of service to our members insuring that their needs both present and future are identified. Also, assists in developing the branch team in providing quality service to members. Provide assistance on the daily operations of the branch, ensuring profitability and growth. This position will assist the Branch Manager for the day to day operation of the branch, ensuring profitability, growth and a high level of member satisfaction. Also, be responsible for their individual goal production. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Works with manager in establishing and promoting a productive working environment through training, coaching and development of branch team. 2. Assist in developing branch sales strategies to ensure branch sales goals are met in accordance to annual plan. 3. Assist in the evaluation of the job performance of team members to ensure quality of work and service to members. 4. Responsible to meet or exceed individual sales goals in accordance with the annual plan. 5. Responsible to meet or exceed the high level of service delivery accordance with the annual plan. 6. Develop and maintain detailed profile and plan for each member, including investment and mortgage referrals to meet the full range of member needs. 7. Perform data entry on new accounts and consumer loans accurately. Analyze facts and make sound decisions for the best interest of the organization. 8. Assist in Managing the security and safety of the branch. Ensure team is in compliance of internal cash controls. Comply with all credit union policies, procedures and regulations. 9. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all member information. 10. Demonstrate teamwork through positive interaction with all co-workers. . Additional Functions: 1. Serve as Branch Manager in his/her absence.. 2. Perform other duties as directed by the Branch Manager. Job Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree or three years related experience in financial industry preferred. 2. Three years retail sales management experience preferred. 3. Ability to work in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills. 5. Excellent computer experience required. 6. have customers network will be advantage
