Key Responsibilities 主要責任 Responsible for On-site IT Technical support to all campuses and provide immediate assistance to administrative & teaching staffs 負責為各區分校提供現場IT技術支持，並為行政和教學人員提供即時幫助 Work with teammate to manage & assist the IT Help desk duties (Such as prepare & Checking IT equipment ) 與部門同事一起管理和協助IT服務台職責 (如: 準備和定期檢查IT硬件設備） Liaise with vendors in equipment maintenance and setup 與供應商聯繫進行設備維護和設置 Key Requirements 關鍵要求 Diploma or above in IT or related equivalent; 需持有電腦或電腦類別科目的文憑課程 At least 1 - 2 years focus in IT Technical working experience; 最少1 - 2 年電腦技術支援工作經驗 Relevant experience in education or social service industry is preferred; 具有教育或社會服務行業相關經驗者優先； Proficiency in MS Office 2013 , Web Authoring , Imaging software 精通MS Office 2013，網頁製作，圖像處理軟件 Willing to perform shift duty 需要輪班工作
