Responsibilities: Prospect for potential new clients (eg. corporates heads, HRs, entrepreneurs etc) and partners (eg. recruitment agencies, professional organizations) Set up and conduct meetings between clients to provide high quality pre and post sale service to clients Work with IT product development technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Attend HR and IT industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to provide product feedback and information on market and creative trends. Organize industry seminars and webinars Handle ad-hoc projects with potential partners Manage a team for senior applicants and after leadership quality is demonstrated Requirements: Degree holder, >2 years experience in sales, or recruitment or related roles Good relationship building skills with HRs, professional organizations and recruitment agencies Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and effectively under pressure Occasional travel Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
