Branch Distribution & Services Department Business Services Officer (Job ID: 2308) Responsibilities: • To provide marketing services support related to general banking business, performing sales referral activities, and customer experience support to enhance service quality in the business centre • To meet and greet customers (through phone or in-person) in a warm and caring manner and to understand customer needs • To provide excellent service in handling customer issues and product enquiries related to general banking business in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner • To gauge customer preference, needs and opportunities to enhance customer relationship • To perform daily operation and administrative duties • To conduct sales referral activities • To assist in various marketing activities related to general banking business, both in-branch and off-site promotions • To take up ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors Requirements: • Post-secondary with Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above of 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics • HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent), IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3, or equivalent) & MPF • Minimum of 1 year working experience • Knowledge in business / retail banking products & services • Independent, pro-active, and presentable • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
