Responsibilities: · Handle systems like IP Phone and Recording System, access control and security system, CCTV; · Handle office renovation, office & equipment maintenance and record keeping of inventory and key; · Monitor and supervise subordinates to complete daily tasks; · Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by Management. Requirements: · Degree holder in Business Administration; · At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry; · Good computer skills and Chinese Word Processing; · Detail-minded, mature, meticulous, punctual with positive attitude and good supervisory skills; · Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
