Core Responsibilities: • Provide sales operational support to the sales team including client correspondences related to order inquiries, invoices, and deliveries • Provide other general administrative support including file maintenance, ad-hoc projects/events, and other daily in-shop matters Minimum Qualifications: • Diploma or above with at least 1 year experience in an office environment. Recent university graduates will also be considered. • Strong interest in wine • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin • Excellent command of Microsoft Office functions Preferred Training and Experience: • WSET qualifications • Sales and customer service related work experience
