Job Description • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls and provide consistently high quality customer service in each call • Handle all calls/contacts according to company training and standards • Identify customer needs and respond accordingly Qualifications • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin • At least 5 passes including English, Chinese, Mathematics in DSE/HKCEE. • Have call centre experience or CS experience of any industry is an advantage • Flexible to work on shifts • Good communication skills
