Responsibilities • Handle counter transactions and provide excellent services to customers • Cross-selling for banking products • Attention to detail and able to meet service and compliance standards • Maintaining and building relationship with existing and new customers • Comprehensive training provided Requirements: • HKCEE/ HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E/ Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics • Working experience in Teller. Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing is a plus • Able to work under pressure and meet service standards • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese. Putonghua is a plus
