Customer Service Officer – Phone Banking - OCBC Wing Hang Bank

Responsibilities: • Handle phone and email enquiries on different banking product / services and marketing program • Handle ATM / eBanking application / alteration request from customer • Perform credit card account maintenance after successful customer’s authentication over phone • Perform user acceptance test on system enhancement such as eBanking system, ATM / EPS system • Regular checking the proper functioning of eBanking system and make report to management and ITD • Handle administrative / operational tasks if any Requirements: • Secondary education or above • Minimum 1 year's customer service experience, banking industry is preferable • Good communication skills, proficiency in spoken English and Putonghua • Customer service oriented, work under pressure • With HKSI is advantage • Shift duty is required
