Responsibilities • Perform daily admin operations including filing, record, internal admin work etc. • Prepare/manage the monthly reports to management team • Maintain filing and database systems; • Assist in monthly closing activities • Perform ad hoc assignments as required Requirements • Diploma or above, with minimum 1-2 years working experience in the admin field. • Good in written English and Chinese. • Proficient in Excel and Power Point. • Mature, Self-motivated, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal skills. Ability to pay attention to details and to meet tight schedules • Immediate availability is highly preferred
