Client Solution Manager - Hang Seng Bank

Responsibilities • Provide Fixed Income information such as product and new issuances details to different business channels • Deal with internal department personnel on products’ due diligence in credible manner • Handle front line sales enquiries and liaise with back office and dealing room • Participate in new product projects for diversity and enhancement on product scope with good understanding of regulatory requirements and business environment. • Product briefing and ad hoc update to front line on new product launching and fixed income related issues. • Responsible for data collection and compile regular business reports. Requirements • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry with good product knowledge on various financial assets. • Good market sense with exposure to marketing project • Sales oriented with strong drive to succeed and ability to work under pressure • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills • Computer literate in various MS office applications including Excel VBA, Access • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and preferably in Putonghua • Passes in HKSI licensing examinations • Great Sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer process
