Description

1. Acquire, develop and retain relationships with customers 2. Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short and long term financial goals 3. Help customers to articulate their needs, deliver services to exceed customer expectations including regular contact and portfolio review 4. Provide financial solutions to customers which leads to tailor-made strategies for wealth management, prioritized on wealth creation and capital preservation 5. Achieve key performance indicators and profit goal through the development of existing and newly acquired customers 6. Increase customer loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners 7. Develop team culture and build a strong sense of team spirit and loyalty 8. Understand and adhere to compliance requirements, internal guidelines, business principles and values 9. Mentor and coach team members through daily activity planning, prioritization, skills transfer and motivation 10. Manage the assigned support staff and mobilize resource to provide excellent service to customers
