Responsibilities • Provide technical support in distribution and sales to sales intermediaries concluding cases with complex case design/advanced concepts • Act as a key contact point for CMB Insurance Sales team to facilitate CMB’s Life/General/ Medical insurance sales, closely monitor the sales performance of CMB channels and initiate follow-up action in order to meet the business target • Develop master plan to devise the business support requirements and leverage on internal and external connections to deliver effective and specialized insurance support so as to facilitate CMB channel to achieve the insurance AOP targets • Maintain close and effective working relationships with sales channels, and provide professional services that satisfy the business needs of frontline staff • Formulate, review and refine selling process framework to ensure sales quality and pursue the best practices • Collaborate with relevant parties to develop training courses/ activities to enhance professionalism and quality of the sales force, establish monitoring mechanism to oversee the business performance of CMB channel • Facilitate the sales force of responsible channels to comply with all relevant internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements on insurance selling activities and practice • Co-ordinate with channels to complete the insurance AOP targets and corresponding KPIs • Monitor sales performance by channel and by product, based on KPIs and report to management Requirements • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related discipline • Minimum of 10 years' working experience in the banking and/or insurance company • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills • Able to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment in driving through projects • Proficiency in both English and Chinese • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
