Responsibilities: • Direct, establish, develop and implement strategic market plans and sales for exploring new business / and drive business growth for property investment • Lead, manage and coach the team to achieve company’s objectives • Create, maintain good relationships with business partners, regular review to enhance property leasing performance • Be responsible for the monthly management report, cashflow and annual budget of the whole property portfolio • Handle special projects assigned from time to time Requirements: • Degree holder in property management, marketing or equivalent • 10 years post qualification experience with at least 4 years in a similar capacity • Experience in the property leasing market in the USA is definitely a MUST • Analytical mind with strong business acumen and shrewd market sense • Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales target • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST • Candidate should be legal to work in USA • Less experience could apply for the post of Senior Leasing Manager Our client is a group which began investing in property during the real estate market downturn in 1985. Starting from property leasing, the group has now built strong competence in planning, land bidding, construction, leasing and sales, and property management. They currently holds a number of commercial, industrial and residential buildings in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Australia, Canada and United States for leasing purpose.
