Job Responsibilities: • Handle in-bound call to provide banking services • good service is a must • Provide quality customer services, handle client's enquiries and complaints for our call centre • Engage in promotion and marketing activities; • Formulate the marketing strategies to identify the new business opportunities and channels for promote insurance products • Lead the marketing campaigns and negotiate with both external & internal business partners to achieve the pre-set target • Take the lead on product management, distribution and product strategy • To promote and ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement, follow through to ensure smooth operation • Ensure the effectiveness of the sales performance in terms of quality, code of conduct, productivity and customer centric Job Requirements: • Higher diploma/ associate degree or above • 2 years relevant experience in insurance field, sales and marketing • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer selling experience would be beneficial • Working experience in Bank will be preferred • Insurance intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3 & 5 is perferable • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
