Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and attend to patients’ / visitors’ feedback; Assist in overseeing the daily operation of hospital reception; Assist in reviewing various operation procedures / guidelines / working manuals / reports in relation to reception services and handling of enquiries; Job Requirements DSE or above Demonstrates good communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Well knowledge and experience in handling emergency cases; Able to multi-task independently;
