Responsibilities: • An important member of the cost management team • Participate in the preparation of cost related MIS information and perform variances analysis • Assist in the maintenance of data quality of the system, and participate in the IT requirements confirmation and user acceptance tests • Participate in the monthly monitoring of the parameters in cost allocation in order to make sure the results are reasonable and have business meaning • Perform analysis on the cost allocation results and assist in the enhancement of allocation rules • Assist in the preparation of reports presented to the management and perform other ad hoc projects as required by supervisors Requirements: • Degree holder or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines • Professional qualification in CPA / CMA / CIMA / CFA /CFP / AHKIB preferred • 2 years or above working experience in audit / management reporting / financial planning and budgeting related experience in banking field preferred • Good report writing skills in both Chinese and English • Fluent in both spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus • Solid knowledge in financial analysis and financial modeling • With strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen • Self-motivated, creative and able to work under pressure • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Operational experience in Hyperion platform preferred • PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing skills is a must • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Financial Management Manager
