Job Description • Installing/ configuring computing and related equipment • Performing simple repairs to computing and related equipment • Communicating with users to understand, identify, document and resolve problems, ad-hoc support is required • Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline • 1-2 years of relevant experience in helpdesk support on Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 • Knowledge on Microsoft Windows server will be an advantage
