主要職責: - 此職位偏產品,負責App設計開發; - 負責OPPO海外會員體系的開發及相關工作,包括組織協調產品從策劃思路、結構、流程、規則、交互設計並推動上線,撰寫需求文檔等; - 協調內外團隊資源,定期追踪和匯報;統籌產品項目的整體進程,跟踪產品及功能的上線前後的運營數據,協助海外市場團隊進行產品迭代與新功能研發。 職位要求: - 獲得大學本科學士或以上學位; - 3年以上APP產品規劃、設計、開發、測試、迭代和項目管理經驗 對會員體係有深刻的理解和體驗,熟悉會員體系的運營過程及模式; - 具備較強的主動解決問題能力和意願,邏輯思維能力與表達能力強,能夠清晰有效的表達設計目標和思路; - 良好的溝通技巧,跨團隊合作能力,能夠有效協調各部門資源; - 計算機行業工作背景者優先; - 有UX research經驗者優先; - 多語種能力者優先; - 具備國際公司工作背景者優先。
