主要職責: - 根據產品目標和需求制定方向計劃與創意活動方案; - 可獨立完成活動的提案、策劃、執行以及推廣等環節; - 以目標為導向完成需求文檔的撰寫與數據跟進提升活動整體質量與效率; - 根據不同的用戶習慣與渠道特徵制定活動推廣方案; - 有良好的營銷創意功底,對熱點有洞察能力,邏輯性強; 職位要求: - 取得大學本科學士或以上學位; - 有品牌相關經驗邏輯清晰,溝通能力強,有活動獨立策劃與推廣能力; - 實時關注活動效果,熟悉微博、微信、社區等用戶營銷模式; - 有數據分析能力可以對活動數據進行分析與總結; - 思維活躍,擅長創意與文案。
